The Quest for Excellence – Vươn tới sự hoàn thiện

Được thành lập vào năm 2003 bởi các nhà giáo dục từng tu nghiệp tại Hoa Kỳ, Anh, Úc và Đức, Tập đoàn Giáo dục EQuest phát triển dựa trên ba nguyên tắc: đổi mới, vượt trội và cống hiến. Với niềm tin giáo dục là con đường bền vững nhất để thay đổi tương lai của mỗi cá nhân, cũng như cả một quốc gia, EQuest đã và đang không ngừng nỗ lực góp phần thúc đẩy sự đổi mới, nâng tầm chất lượng của giáo dục Việt Nam.

Hệ sinh thái giáo dục toàn diện 

EQuest hiện là một trong những tổ chức giáo dục tư nhân hàng đầu tại Việt Nam, sở hữu hệ sinh thái trải rộng trên ba lĩnh vực: Giáo dục Phổ thông (K-12), Giáo dục Đại học và Cao đẳng dạy nghề (C&U) và Công nghệ Giáo dục (EdTech). Tính đến năm 2025, EQuest đang vận hành 25 cơ sở giáo dục trên toàn quốc, phục vụ gần 20.000 học sinh phổ thông, 10.000 sinh viên đại học và cao đẳng (trong đó có hơn 300 sinh viên quốc tế đến từ nhiều quốc gia), cùng hơn 200.000 học sinh theo học chương trình STEM và sử dụng nền tảng công nghệ giáo dục.

Chúng tôi tự hào là tổ chức giáo dục tư nhân đầu tiên tại Việt Nam đạt kiểm định chất lượng toàn diện từ Cognia (Hoa Kỳ) – tổ chức kiểm định giáo dục lớn nhất thế giới, khẳng định cam kết vững chắc với các chuẩn mực quốc tế.

• Sử dụng Tiếng Anh: Là tập đoàn hoạt động trong môi trường song ngữ, khả năng sử dụng tiếng Anh là một yêu cầu bắt buộc đối với tất cả nhân sự EQuest, không có ngoại lệ.

• Ứng dụng Trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI): Nắm vững và sử dụng thành thạo công cụ công nghệ, đặc biệt là AI để tối ưu hiệu suất và dẫn dắt đổi mới.

• Tác phong chuyên nghiệp: Luôn thể hiện hình ảnh chỉn chu, tôn trọng đồng nghiệp và môi trường làm việc.

• Sức khỏe và thể lực: Duy trì thể chất cùng tinh thần khỏe mạnh để thích ứng linh hoạt với sự phát triển nhanh chóng của tập đoàn và xã hội.
