Ms. Nguyen holds an MA in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from the University of Liverpool, UK, completed between 2014 and 2016, achieving a Merit Degree for her post-graduate program. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in English Language (2009–2013) at Ho Chi Minh Open Univeristy with an undergraduate GPA of 8.09/10.
She is an expert user of English, demonstrated by her IELTS score of 7.0, and holds a TKT certificate from Cambridge English. Her personal skills include Leadership, Team Work, Integrity, and Loyalty.

Ms. Nguyen’s professional career highlights broad experience in both academic leadership and quality assurance:
- Academic Management and Quality Control: In her academic management roles, her responsibilities include Teacher Management and Quality Control. This involves coordinating observations and coaching sessions; conducting Professional Development Training for Teachers; and handling teacher compliance/discipline. She is also responsible for center management tasks such as student retention, customer experience, and handling customer complaints.
- Teaching and Coaching: Ms. Nguyen has served as a Head Teacher and an EFL Master Teacher & English Teacher. Her teaching experience included administering self-created lessons covering all English skills and preparing students for Cambridge standardized testing, implementing formative and summative assessments to analyze students’ progression, strengths and weaknesses. She previously held English Teacher positions at SEAMEO RETRAC and the Faculty of English Linguistics And Literature at HCM University of Social Sciences & Humanities (2016–2017).
Research and Accomplishments
Ms. Nguyen’s research paper focused on: “The Effects of Using Music in Teaching and Learning English”.
A notable achievement early in her career was, as a Teaching Assistant (2013-2014), helping to improve student test scores on English tests by 20% in one year. She also received a Consolation Prize.
Teaching Philosophy
