Ms. Nguyen’s educational background includes significant work in the United States and high honors in Vietnam:
- She was a Ph.D. Candidate in Computer Science (2005–2008) at the University of California, Davis (UC Davis), USA, specializing in Machine Learning and Data mining.
- She earned her M.Sc. in Computer Science from UC Davis, USA (2002–2004). Her Master’s thesis focused on “Computational Biology using Graphical Models”.
- She graduated with a B.Sc. summa cum laude (top 3) in Information Technology from Hanoi University of Technology, Vietnam (1994–1999).
