Introduction
The joint training program between American Polytechnic College and Keiser University (USA) was licensed by the General Department of Vocational Education and Training – Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) under the Certificate of Registration for Foreign Joint Training Activities No. 2235/GCNĐKHĐLK-TCGDNN, issued on November 5, 2024.
Under this program, Vietnamese students have the opportunity to study Keiser University’s Bachelor’s program right in Vietnam, with a curriculum completely equivalent to the program implemented in the state of Florida, USA.
Students’ academic results are managed directly on Keiser University’s (USA) transcript system. Students who complete the program in Vietnam can use this transcript to transfer to Keiser University or other universities in the United States, just like a student studying directly in the US.
Degree & Transcript Granting Body
Upon completion of the program, students will be awarded::
- An Associate Degree awarded by Keiser University (USA).
- An academic transcript managed directly on the official system of Keiser University in the US
This degree is recognized as equivalent to that of students studying in the United States and can be used to transfer to Bachelor’s level programs at universities in the US.
Quality Accreditation
Keiser University is a private, nonprofit university, fully accredited by:
- SACSCOC – The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges, recognizing the quality of education in the Southern United States.
- ACBSP – Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs, for specialized accreditation of business programs.
Inspection certificates include:
- Certificate dated January 12, 2018: recognizing Keiser University meets quality accreditation standards.
- Certificate dated April 15, 2024: recognizing the training campus at 21 Le Quy Don, District 3, HCMC.
- Certificate dated August 5, 2024: recognizing the campus at 7, Street 23, District 7, HCMC.
- Certificate dated August 23, 2024: authorizing the official implementation of the program from September 2024.
Enrollment Quota by Major
The joint program is implemented at two main training locations in Ho Chi Minh City, with a total capacity of 210 students per year. All programs are taught entirely in English and are awarded degrees by Keiser University (USA).
